Planta Kitchen is a bistro from Javanegra Group which offers a new concept from the previous restaurants; Tropical – Mediterranean bistro. Planta Kitchen brings a rich selection of Tropical-Indonesian & Mediterranean authentic taste. Planta’s signature dishes include Paella del Mar, Burrata Salad, Duck Digdug, Ayam Kampoes, to name a few. Located at Menara Astra, Sudirman – Jakarta, this Tropical – Mediterranean bistro is all set to serve up to 50 guests from 8 AM – 10 PM daily. The family-friendly bistro with minimalist – Mediterranean ambiance in the indoor dining area alongside a bar area is more captivated with an open kitchen concept.
Chef Andrea Peresthu’s life is a voyage of culinary expeditions. His lifelong passion for cooking arose when he traveled across Europe for more than a decade—leading him to embark on a new journey as a Chef. Alongside his admiration of Spanish gastronomy, he is very fond of his home-cooked cuisines, mixing authentic dishes from Palembang, Manado, and many Indonesian specialties. He established his first dining place, Javanegra Gourmet Atelier, in 2011 with his partner, Reni Alhadad. Finally becoming a full-time Chef, his private dining atelier has expanded into Javanegra Group. Now, Andrea Peresthu's teams of culinary experts will take you on a new fascinating culinary journey; Tropical – Mediterranean.
